This bright bûche is perfect for tea parties, birthdays or weddings. Sorbet-like strawberry insert, encased by light and refreshing lime cream, lime-flavoured sponge as a base, and bright stripy sponge for an attractive look. The top decor is a combination of mini strawberry macarons, Swiss merengues and slices of fresh strawberries. A delight! The bûche is 24cm long. Serves 10 people.
